  • Funds for future long term projects (Suggestions for future councils)

Principal Burans gives an update on what’s happening at school at every meeting.  Parents have to opportunity to get involved and have an impact on their children’s school life.  Come help us plan some exciting events for the second half of the school year!

Poinsettia Fundraiser

School Council is partnering with Richmond Nurseries, a local business, to sell poinsettias with a portion of the proceeds going to the council.  This fundraiser will use the online ordering system, wejcouncil.fundraiserorders.com.   

Choose a plant size:

  • 4.5″ pot, single plant – $8
  • 6″ pot, large single plant – $16
  • 8″ pot, two plants – $36
  • 10″ pot, three plants – $48

Ordering starts Wednesday, November 11th until Wednesday, November 18th.
Delivery of plants will be on Tuesday, December 1st from 3pm – 6pm.

Please support your school!  Richmond Nurseries is offering a great deal with exceptional beautiful plants with a portion of the sale going to the school council!  Richmond Nurseries, needs a minimum of 25 plants to be sold to parents, to guarantee delivery,

Please be aware that all ordering must be paid for using PayPal.  No cash or cheques will be accepted.

Fleece Hat Fundraiser

With the coming cold weather, consider supporting the school with the purchase of a WEJ monogrammed fleece hat.  Hats can be purchased on the WEJ fundraiser ordering website, wejcouncil.fundraiserorders.com.  Hats coming in a variety of colours (blue, red, purple and pink) and in either youth or adult size for $10 each.
